Children's Hospital Leaflets

So I was leafletted this weekend through EDDM to come out and protest the redevelopment of the Children's Hospital site. I'll be there (though not to protest), but one thing struck me about the leaflet: no one appears to be responsible for it. There's no business or PAC or "Friends of" group named anywhere on the thing, or any identifying information on the card at all. The images are all available on iStockPhoto, and neither the leaflet or the text on it return any Google hits. I'm assuming the only people who would drop the cash to print and distribute the leaflets but not want their name attached would be a rival developer who wants to swoop in and take the property from McCaffery. Does anyone have any sleuthing tricks up their sleeves to find out who it is?
