Great Lakes Brewing Beer Dinner for Earth Day at Standad Market Grill
From 5-9 p.m., Tuesday, April 22, 2014, Standard Market Grill will partner with Cleveland’s Great Lakes Brewing for a 4-course dinner to celebrate Earth Day. Along with reusing spent brewery grain to fuel for their delivery trucks, Great Lakes Brewing has a number of initiatives in place to conserve energy, recycle and reuse through their Triple Bottom Line program.
To complement the beer, Standard Market Executive Chef Brian Wright has prepared a menu featuring ingredients from local and sustainability-minded purveyors, including:
